I ordered delivery from the County Line Road location in Madison, AL. My order arrived without the salad I paid for. When I called the store to let them know, I also asked which pepperoni pizza had the Hot Honey on it because none of the pizza boxes were labeled. The employee told me they don’t label the boxes and couldn’t tell me which pizza had the Hot Honey. That meant we had to open multiple pizzas and dig through them just to figure out which one was which.

When I asked for a refund for the missing salad, I was told they don’t offer refunds, only a store credit or a replacement delivery. I agreed to have the salad redelivered, and I was told it would take about 15 minutes. More than 35 minutes later, it still hadn’t arrived. By then, everyone had already finished eating, so receiving the salad that late defeated the entire purpose of ordering it with the meal.

To make matters worse, I tried using the “Contact Us” link that Marco’s provides in responses to customer complaints, but the County Line Road location in Madison, Alabama isn’t even listed as an option, so I couldn’t submit my feedback through the recommended channel.

There should absolutely be an option to receive a refund for an item that was never delivered. Stores should also label pizza boxes when they contain different toppings or special additions like Hot Honey. Customers shouldn’t have to open multiple pizzas just to identify what they ordered.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience with both the delivery accuracy and the customer service.

I usually love this Marcos until I was delivered this pathetic excuse for a pizza. Pizza had bubbles all throughout, no cheese on half the pizza, and whoever cut it might need glasses. This is an unrecoverable loss, I'm forever scarred. Oh well, at least the delivery was fast!

I visited this location on Friday 1/30. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza with xtra cheese and sauce. This is what I got an under cooked pizza, cheese not melted, dough undercooked, with a whole bottle of BBQ sauce on it. When I called, I was told we can remake it or refund your money pick one. The manager would not tell me his name, and they have still not refunded me my money. I will NEVER EVER go to this pizza chain again.

Used to be much better, but they're obviously shrinkflationing now, or the workers just don't care. Customer service is still good at the window. There are boxes stacked everywhere inside, so I'm not sure if it's even open.
