I called this morning to request the strawberry cheesecake but they basically said they wouldn’t have time to get one out in time for later this afternoon. All they had to do was take it out of their freezer in the morning and apply the fresh strawberries while it defrosts and would have been ready for pick up this afternoon. Every other time in the past there was always one available by noon time. I guess customer satisfaction isn’t their top priority.

This is twice now the store has marked items up and then put a reduced sticker on them , obviously someone in the store is trying to rip customers off

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I went there to buy a cake that was displayed in the showcase, but there was no one available at the bakery section to assist customers. When I asked the staff at the front desk for help, they responded in a very careless and nonchalant way, simply saying that no one was there. I asked if that meant I couldn’t buy the cake, and they replied that they were not selling it, without showing any interest in helping or finding a solution. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience. I had no time otherwise I would have asked to meet the manager and complain.

I was there on April 27th and picked up a water bottle but there was no price on the shelf. It wasn't even in the system. They made me wait quite a bit and this was a quick shopping!!! I was surprised that instead of apology for the inconvenient, the manager even expected me to pay!! He may be a good worker but definitely needs to understand customer service.
