If you're looking for amazing service with a smile along with hot sauces from around the world at your finger tips, then Chilly Chiles is the place you. We came from out of town. There were some allergy concerns that needed to be met. Helena went above and beyond with fantastic service by finding exactly what was needed and it met every criteria. I can't praise the service Helena provided enough. 10 out of 5 stars for excellent service, knowledge and more. We'll be back !

I'd like to leave a positive review for Elsa. We came in on a Friday night and she took the time to make suggestions for us while keeping in mind our dietary restrictions. We went home to try the hot sauces she suggested, and sure enough, they were great!

I went to buy hot sauces for fathers day and Steve was the absolute best. It seemed like he had a infinite knowledge of sauces, their flavours and heat. He really took his time to educate me and answer all my questions. This place is fantastic! Great selection of stuff. The folks who work here are amazing, kind and super helpful.

Love the awesome selection of flavorful products with awesome names and package designs. The only downside of the store is that many products are a bit on the price side (close to $20 for some bottles of sauce), but it hasn't stopped me from buying more.

Cute place for all your spicy needs. They even deliver. The only thing that was weird was were were looking for the same exterior as the one in the main photo. When when we parked at the mall we thought we were at the wrong place. I posted a picture of the real store entrance if you need help finding it. It on the bottom level floor not far from the escalators from the entrance near the parking lot..

Came across this store in Bayshore mall, which was a pleasant surprise for someone who is as into hot sauces as I am. There was a great selection of items, but the thing that really stood out was the customer service. Don was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, allowing us to try samples while explaining the flavour and heat profiles of various hot sauces and salsas. We left with a jerk sauce, a hot sauce, a jar of salsa, and some snacks, and I will definitely be back to try more. I always say that customer service isn't what it once was, but Don is someone with a true passion for the products and is helping keep customer service alive!

My wife and I visited after a long hiatus away from hot sauces. We figured it was time to come back because we'd always had a good experience at Chilly Chiles.

Don helped us pick out 4 hot sauces ranging in heat after offering us samples and explaining the ingredients like a pro! He really knows his stuff and I recommend anyone interested in spicy stuff, to talk to him.

Don't order from this company between November and March. I got this reply whenI received an order with one out of 5 bottles broken on delivery. This was their reply: "Sorry to hear a bottle broke in transit. Unfortunately there is a risk of freezing during the months of November through to March due to freezing temperatures across Canada. This does look like the sauce expanded due to freezing. We nor shipping companies cover for damages due to weather, as is stated in our winter shipping policy found in our shipping section which is accessible through the bottom of any page, or from the warning directly on the cart page." It hasn't been cold this winter with temps barely below freezing; the shipment was delivered to my local post office and as such was never left outside.

Probably the most amazing store for hot sauces, hot chilies, hot mustard, hot popcorn, hot cookbooks.... hot hot hot! Prices are very reasonable! Service is outstanding and they pretty much have everything you can think of. Highly recommend this location and feel free to ask tons of questions questions because as I mentioned the status thoroughly knowledge.
