They are scammers!!! Don't call these people!!! They give you an initial price, but once the job is done, they quote you a different one. They were 20 minutes away from my truck and only had to tow it 10 minutes. They said it would be $350 an hour; they asked several questions, all of which I answered clearly. It took them over an hour to arrive, and then they spent another hour supposedly trying to hook up the truck, only to tell me they needed a second tow truck because they couldn't do it on their own. Lol you knew what equipment you needed to send! Then they told me the extra truck would cost $300 an hour for a total of two hours. In short, when they finished, they charged for 5 1/2 hours x $400 for the first tow truck and $600 for the second, making the total $2,800. Unfair!!

The dispatcher and Steve the Tow operator were very pleasant and friendly. Quick answer from the dispatcher and didn’t take long for her to enter my location and issue and give me an estimate on price and driver, very efficient. Steve showed up and got me going. Had our car break down in town, while looking for a mobil mechanic we decided to just tow our car home. We got quoted well over $200 more at another local tow company (because of memorial day weekend, so they said). Not only did S &R towing offer us a MUCH LOWER price, they were there within 90 minutes or less. Communicated well on finding our location, Ryan was amazingly sweet. We could not have been more grateful with the service. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Not everyday you go to a tow yard is a good day but this time it was. I appreciate the driver Czear who helped my son in the accident and the young lady at the front desk Taliya. The driver was caring and helped my son with what he needed. He let him get stuff out and provided where the vehicle would be taken! The young lady was exceptional, what a sweetheart! She explained the process of what we had to do and no matter how many questions I had she answered them all. I typically don’t see such honest kind hearted people at tow companies but well done S&R Towing! This is the only company that will do my towing from now on.

Kristina at the front desk was great. She was very helpful and took excellent care of my motorcycle while it was unjustly impounded by the CHP crime syndicate.
