BE ALERT. Cost of clorine has been going up. Strangely dumped an entire 2 gallon jug into the pool and rather than see a cloud throughout the pool, it was as if I dropped in water. Gave me pause to think. Was it diluted? Hope they’re not pinching the Pennie’s at our expense.

Store is good and staff are good so no issues there. However, I came by Saturday at 1pm and there was a sign in the door that the store was closed for lunch until 2pm. I thought it was probably because they only have 1 person working but was surprised to see 3 people there when the store opened at 2pm. Why would you close the store for lunch when you have three employees?

Great customer service, we got lots of pros and cons before buying expensive equipment. Highly recommended

The store had 3 employees, no customers, yet none of them were even slightly motivated in assisting. When one of them finally acknowledged my existence, he pointed towards a corner of the store to find what I needed. After asking for clarification THREE times, he finally walked to the area and assisted. A little more enthusiasm is needed when dealing with customer needs.
