Had a good experience visiting this branch. Lovely young lady named Paris was patient with me and able to answer my questions. There was a cranky old lady before me who was being very rude and kept demanding odd requests but otherwise a friendly environment :)

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. The teller I interacted with, Paris, was by far the worst I have ever encountered at a bank. She was unhelpful, arrogant, and dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving my request. The interaction felt rushed and unprofessional, which is not what I expect from a financial institution. I hope management addresses customer service standards so future clients have a better experience.
