I took an appointment at this branch to open three National Bank Direct Brokerage investment accounts and transfer investments into those accounts from another financial institution. The National Bank representative I met with was Karim El Ghorayeb. Although Mr. El Ghorayeb worked in a different division at the National Bank, he took it upon himself to act as my personal point of contact. He oversaw all the steps and ensured everything went smoothly. Throughout the process, his professionalism and responsiveness exceeded all my expectations. A+

It says it closes at 5pm . I went at 4:30pm and it was closed, no one in sight.. Correct your hours on google maps!

As others have mentioned, avoid this branch at all costs. They seem to have hired a bunch of college kids with very little knowledge on how NBC works or what proper customer service looks like.

Go elsewhere or be warned, you might spend all your time here just to leave with nothing accomplished.

Too slow. They spend more than 20mins to attend to one person. I wasted more than 30mins in the bank yesterday just to deposit a check without success because the teller or cashier didn’t know her job.
