First of all, a couple of days ago you suddenly started flooding me with verification codes, let's say at someone's request. If there are other clients reading this from other cities: is this "special privilege" reserved only for select customers, or is everyone experiencing this? I am going to ask this on forums to see what people say, so I want to get a straight answer here if your representative replies.
Secondly, when I log in using the same device, same IP address, same account, and same everything, your codes have nothing to do with security. This is just to annoy, leave a mark, and make things worse. They have nothing to do with security.
Thirdly, if I do not have normal access to my account, I won't be able to pay you whatever I owe you. You can ask TD Bank how serious I am about this.

I went to this bank's counter after trying to open an account online. The website advertises a 10-minute, zero-fee digital account opening. Unfortunately, at the end of the process, the app prompts me to go to a branch to "activate" the account. I patiently wait for my turn at the branch for about an hour (I had two customers in front of me). Once at the counter, a lady who doesn't seem particularly bright asks me what I want to do in French. I reply that I prefer speaking in English, being a foreigner. The lady then continues to alternate between English and French. Activating this account seems like a very complicated process that she never had to go through before. In fact, it takes another hour of waiting, with phone calls, requests for documents, questions about who I am, what I do, where I'm from, where I live, etc. Among other things, the lady keeps telling me that it is not possible for me to open an account that can be consulted with an Apple Watch, something I never asked for. I get the feeling that they're trying to find a bureaucratic loophole to reject my request because my skin color is a bit too brown. And in fact, after all this fuss, it turns out that to open the account you need a written proof of residence, which wasn't warned anywhere on the website. Two hours wasted. The next morning I tried again with National Bank and in 10 minutes I opened a Canadian account from my laptop. Keep up the good work!

RBC, you could not make a simple USD$25 Bank draft...Lol. Good, no worries as CIBC, just a couple of blocks away, they were able to do that in 2 secs. So much for the #1 Canadian Bank that you are! Continue like that and CIBC will easily take over as the #1.

I think I called 5-6 times, even had PVM transfer my call to them and each time, I heard noises and speaking, just for them to hang up the phone every single time and send me to a non-existent voicemail! Great service

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue for the past two weeks, but despite providing all the correct information, I’ve had no resolution. The manager was extremely rude, as she mistakenly thought I was laughing about her weight. After that, I was assaulted by security, and a staff member even hit me in the neck. I’ve been calling and visiting the branch multiple times, but there has been no follow-up or help from the staff. This experience has affected me mentally, and I am seeking immediate resolution and support regarding this matter
