The opening hours on the website are incorrect. I arrived at 7:15 PM to make a large deposit that I can't do online or at the counter (estate). The receptionist was arrogant and said they were closed. The tellers had already left! I told her it was a large deposit and that I didn't want to miss out on work. She replied that only advisors were on site. Excellent service 🙄. I won't be depositing any money there. As soon as the money is deposited and released, it will be invested in another financial institution.

I took the trouble to check the opening hours on Google (open until 8 pm on Thursday evenings) and even called ahead to confirm I could make a bank transfer and a withdrawal until 8 pm. They confirmed they were indeed open until 8 pm for transactions.

When I arrived at 7:05 pm, I was told that transactions closed at 7 pm and that after that time, only one person remained at the counter who couldn't do anything. Frankly, what's the point of advertising opening hours until 8 pm if the counter services close before then? It's a clear lack of coordination and a waste of time for customers. Very frustrating.

Update your information and train your staff to avoid this kind of misunderstanding. It's not complicated.

Wanted to open an account. Once i told her my name her polite voice changed to cold and bitter. I was shocked. Was told that nobody in this area spoke english and that I would receive a phone call in case someone spoke english. Never received a call. Went to Scotia and everyone spoke english. Im a Dutch native speaker there is no reason to not hire bilingual non-racist speakers.
