Used them for a few years and they've been great to work with. I've had one customer service issue that was handled very quickly and courteously. I've not had any reason to use my insurance so I'm not commenting on that service since this is the broker.

They have great, well-coordinated client service. I can cancel my insurance policy, add a new one, modify it - they're always ready to help me save.

Bad company. If you need to contact them by phone good luck. Then brokers take their sweet time to do their job. And they change the contract conditions without telling you. Pricing that you agreed to are not what you end up with. Worst broker ever. Do not recommend at all, expect if you like to get bad services and pay too much. Nothing redeemable about that place. Would rate it negative ⭐️ if possible. Avoid at all cost.

Edit : Contrary to what the company is saying, I am not a fake review. I knew from experience that they are not bothering clients, but harassing them. So I’ve used a fake name to be sure not to have to deal with those guys again, as they do not respect the client at all.

The amount of 5-star reviews here looks like astroturfing (paid review farming). My real experience was nothing like what these reviews describe. 😂😂😂🤡

When I switched to them, instead of a smooth onboarding and welcome, I got charged extra due to a bank billing issue that wasn’t even my fault. Zero empathy, no accountability, no willingness to help a new customer.

Their customer service is extremely slow, replies take almost a week. I work full time and I don’t have the time to babysit an insurance company.

Also I noticed how aggressively they brag about their “1000 five-star reviews🤡🤡🤡” every time someone posts a negative review. If your service is truly good, you don’t need to flex that. Real service speaks for itself.

I personally regret switching. If you’re thinking of moving to this company because of the “amazing” reviews here, please be careful. My experience was the total opposite.

Highly recommended. Whether you're in Quebec or Ontario, YouSet offers some of the best prices available. The service is excellent. Usually, when I call a company and they don’t answer, no one follows up—but with YouSet, they called me back, followed up, and sent emails. I have both my home and car insurance with them.
