Never take out this insurance, especially not their car insurance. The service is appalling and the costs are outrageous. Never do it. I had no choice but to give it one star, but the truth is it deserves zero. If you have an accident, you're stuck waiting three weeks for an inspector before you can even get it repaired—it's a complete rip-off. And only $1500 for a rental car at these prices! You don't need it for long, so I repeat: NEVER DO ANYTHING WITH THEM.

If you take out this insurance, be sure to inspect your house daily and spend rainy days in your attic to catch any leaks before they reach your ceiling.

Even if you notify them at the first sign of problems, they might find mold somewhere and refuse to pay you.

I'm no longer insured with them and I won't be going back.

Do not do business with them under any circumstances!!! They cancelled my car insurance without warning simply because my credit card expired. When I contacted them to resolve the situation, I expected them to ask me to pay the back months and to take the money directly from my account instead of through a credit card, but no!!! They told me they could no longer insure me because my insurance had already been revoked!! They revoked it themselves!! For an expired credit card!!!

During the initial call, we received a message informing us that they would use our personal information without any input from us. This is a violation of our privacy... what right do these companies have to abuse our fundamental rights?

During the conversation, the agent threatened us to force our consent, otherwise we wouldn't comply. Are we being manipulated into accepting bananas? Could it be that these companies have become too long-winded?

There is grounds for a class-action lawsuit for violation of our fundamental rights.
