The team at this location is amazing. Helpful and knowledgeable when I need to solve my pool issues. Very fair on their prices when I need onsite service. No need to go anywhere else.

Hannah, Dan, and Sarah were all great. They were attentive, prompt, and friendly. Dan installed our pool heater right on schedule and explained how to operate it. I couldn't ask for more!

Pinch a Penny Store 036 with Dan, Sarah & Hannah expertly refinished our pool and pool deck. The company was accommodating and professional with reasonable pricing. All work was finished on time. I couldn't wait to get into my pool, so I bought a pool heater from them as well. Now I have my own outdoor oasis. I love it. Thanks, Dan, Sarah & Hannah for a job well done. Unfortunately my experience with purchasing a Hayward Navi pool robot was extremely poor. The robot only functioned correctly for a year. After that the store refused to honor the warranty. When I purchased it there was no explanation of what the warranty is or how long it lasts. As a retired person on a fixed income, purchasing equipment like this is very expensive. I expected better service than this. If you're just buying day-to-day stuff for your pool I guess it's fine because they have lower prices, but if you're buying more expensive equipment from there I would advise to be very careful.

Great company. We have been really impressed with how our weekly service has been with or new weekly service person Isaiah. He is well mannered, mindful of our pool decor while cleaning and is very thorough. He does the small things like putting chlorine tablets in our floating duck. Our pool is sparkling when he is done! He really treats our pool as if it were his own and we appreciate that. Whenever there is a mechanical issue with our older pump, Gilbert is quick to find a solution and can typically take care of it the same day or as soon as possible if a part needs to be ordered. Dan has been great with any issues we’ve had as well. We have been with pinch a penny for years and have been pretty happy for the most part. In the rarity of an issue or complaint, it is handled quickly and appropriately. Thank you Pinch a Penny!
