I went in person to this small shop to order 4 bridesmaids' bouquets for a small outdoor wedding two weeks out - a very small order that would have been around $250. The shop attendant took notes on what I wanted. I arranged to have my sister pick them up the morning of the wedding.

On the day of the wedding, my sister called from the store to say they didn't have my flowers. The shop attendant said she accidentally wrote down 6/2 (a Tuesday!) instead of 5/2 (a Saturday). This was AFTER she confirmed they closed at noon on Saturdays so I would need to get them before 11:30 and AFTER I asked, "Is this enough notice for a small wedding flower order?".

So, I asked over the phone if the shop attendant could pull together 4 small bouquets of ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, and she said NO! My sister ended up going to 4 different grocery stores in the area and was able to put together the original bouquets I requested. I was shocked that this shop did absolutely nothing to help correct an error they made and doesn't keep enough stock on hand to whip up something small. I obviously do not recommend this florist, which is disappointing, because I love to support small local businesses. Unfortunately, the high school student working at the local Kroger was more helpful.

This florist truly delivered when I needed flowers urgently. The arrangement arrived on time and looked very elegant and calming. The flowers were fresh and thoughtfully selected, creating a gentle and meaningful presentation. I appreciated how smoothly everything was managed despite the short notice. Delivery was careful and professional. It made a stressful moment much easier for me, and I’m very grateful for the service.

We had a wonderful experience using Roanoke Florist for our wedding! We received exactly what we had expected and it was at the venue before we even arrived. We couldn't be happier with our small wedding and these flowers were a major part of that satisfaction. Thank you!

I placed an order for birthday flower and paid $130 for this.....
Unevenly cut flowers, mostly greenery, and big empty spots where more flowers could go. It looks like they bought a boutique at the local grocery store and stuck it in the vase. To say i am disappointed would be a serious understatement.
Save your money and use a different florist.

I’ve ordered from here several times since my mother lives in Roanoke and I live in Arizona. My sister lives in the area and can confirm that the flowers I order from here are always beautiful and my mother is very happy with them. I placed a last minute order this week for my mother s 90th birthday and made an error when putting in the name. I found out later that they had had an ice storm and received a notification that deliveries wouldn’t be made that day, so I accepted the fact that they wouldn’t be there that day. I had left messages regarding the error I made when ordering and I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email stating that the error was fixed on their end and the flowers were delivered! I believe they went out of their way to ensure my mother received her flowers on her birthday despite my error and the icy roads. My mother is very happy and my sister confirms that they are beautiful!
