Staff in shop are friendly and helpful.
Prices for products are high, but convenient.
Owner (Joe) does not stand behind his work and will not return calls/texts if there are issues. Extremely disappointed and fustrated, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This team is simply the best! I love this company, i had a lot of issues. Joe and his team came in like 911 to fix everything. Jose is an absolute rockstar. Thank you all!

Repeatedly do not show up for scheduled cleanings per contract. Have Informed office and manager of this for several months. Have security cameras that confirm/prove no show, pool dirty as well as proof- continue to claim they come when they don't despite us informing pool is filthy + proof of no show on cameras, continue to believe employee claiming he's coming for cleanings but absolutely is not 50-75% of time. Throw testing strips in our yard constantly littering (we complained about this too so he stopped even testing the water & just dumping random chemical in the pool- also on security footage) and NEVER clean filter. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Cannot do basic communication. Highly DO NOT recommend

The irony of me leaving this review this morning. Followed by what happened this evening. They showed up for the Monday cleaning without notification of day change today (Wednesday)- pulled up 625pm then sat in their truck watching videos on their phone until 639pm when I walked up and knocked on the window asking if they were planning to clean. Guy was shocked and caught off guard, huge eyes being caught. Scrambled behind me with excuses he "lost my net in the road and need to go get it, I swear I'll be right back". It was in the truck bed. I told him to just use ours so the cleaning would just get done. I have to e stamped video footage and still shots of it too.
Pretty sure he was going to continue to sit there watching videos then leave while billing for a cleaning that never would have happened if I hadn't had the balls to go knock on the window.
I RARELY leave negative reviews.
Cant even make this stuff up.
Fired!

Tell me your pool guy came and "cleaned the pool" without telling me the pool guy "cleaned the pool" This is the 2nd time this has happened. Isn't the job to clean the pool?

Jose and Ivan adjusted their schedule to come to my home last week to fix the timer on my pool pump which was not turning on. They had it fixed on about 10 minutes. It's great to have guys I trust to fix pool equipment and get it right. They are both friendly and have given me good advice over the years. I wouldn't call anyone else.
