So many who work here are absolutely excellent. The women who work at the front check out weekdays are always so nice! I have also had good service from the lady at the paint desk and a couple of the people who work at the back desk. The men that work at the back too have been helpful as has the lady who works at the garden centre.
This is a smaller Rona so they don't always have everything but they do a pretty good job given how small they are compared to some building supply stores. Still I pick it over the larger building supply store in the city because they have staff and you can always get someone to help you. This means a lot to me.

Excellent customer service from this Rona - we ordered a pre-fabricated shower unit and had some issues that needed to be resolved. Staff at this location, specifically Greg, was very helpful ensuring our concerns were addressed. Will return here for more of our home reno needs.

I bought a whole bathroom worth of items for a reno and overall the experience was mostly positive. However, when the plumber installed the toilet he noted that it leaked due to a defect in the item. They would not offer any return or exchange, just directed me to the manufacturer. I thought companies were legally responsible to refund or exchange for a defective item. This was disappointing. I won't be buying any other items like this from them.

OMG !!! The customer service here is outstanding! Hani in the plumbing department was so helpful and knowledgeable…. We went to the paint department afterwards and they were just as nice … we got the part we needed for our faucet …. Thank you !

Regarding a recent purchase experience at this store. We had a 10/10 experience that included service ,advice, options/alternatives, price , promotions , incentives and timely delivery. We purchased a fridge and worked with Tracey, Initially on phone and we were more than impressed with the genuine ,sincere time, advice and service provided.
This was also evident when visiting the store. After the initial phone call , she took the time to email some other options for us to look at.
Upon visiting the store and reviewing options she took the time and helped narrow down to the final selection. She accommodated some other unexpected issues that came up , place the order and was able to accommodate a quick delivery solution. Purchase was sept 6 at 2pm delivery was sept 8 at 9am (less than 2days) Delivery process was very well organized with the tracking email, estimated 3hr window for time of delivery day before and phone call in the morning with an even tighter window. Delivery was seamless , free delivery and take away of old fridge was also a great bonus and convenience. We are very thankful of the whole process and would recommend this. I can’t think of anything to offer for improvement for our experience. Tracey, Thank you again for all your help.
