I had the occasion to visit the UPS store to return an Amazon item and I had the wrong QR code. Neel was very helpful, advising me how to get the information needed to make the return. He was extremely pleasant and I was so appreciative of his help.

Gwen does a really nice job helping us tonight ensure our last minute packages get out on time.
Super nice, friendly, always smiling, and welcoming in the store.

The employee, Brett, is always pleasant and efficient. Their service is prompt and my packages are always processed quickly. They also offer many services. I'm happy that this business is convenient for me to support.

What makes this UPS Store special are the people who work there. One of them is Gwen; I had an issue with a shipment and she just said, no problem, I can take care of it.
This is the kind of customer service that is often lacking

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the gentleman who helped me today. I believe he was the manager or owner. He went above and beyond to reformat my father’s funeral service pamphlet, which was poorly formatted and needed urgent attention. His kindness, patience, and dedication on a Sunday, when no other printing services were available, made a world of difference during a difficult time. The care he showed in ensuring everything was perfect was truly touching. I highly recommend this location for their outstanding service and compassion.
