Manager takes forever to get to the check in booth when I get there, he was on the phone talking to what sounded like his wife.

After the wash I tried to tell him the wash didn’t clean my wheels at all. Not one clothe in the clean clothe bucket looked clean. Used to be way better 4-5 years ago.

Cesar and Sam are kind and welcoming! Unlike others, they genuinely care about making sure customers are taken care of properly. I was hesitant about keeping my membership at first, but those two made me a loyal regular!

Trademark Car Wash is hands down one of the best car wash services I’ve experienced. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machines that ensure your car gets a thorough and gentle clean every time. What truly sets them apart is the exceptional customer service — the staff is incredibly humble, friendly, and always willing to assist you during the cleaning process.

Oscar, the manager, does a fantastic job running the place. He’s approachable, professional, and ensures everything runs smoothly.

What I also love is the cleanliness and organization of the entire facility — from the waiting area to the vacuum stations, everything is well-maintained. They also offer great membership plans that make regular car care both convenient and affordable.

Highly recommend Trademark Car Wash if you want top-quality service, modern equipment, and a team that genuinely cares about your vehicle

Trademarks car wash
Not only did they do an immaculate job on the wash and wax, but the customer service was top-notch. Everyone I interacted with was polite and hardworking. They offer great value for the level of care they put into the vehicle. Highly recommend !!!

Timo
I would like to let everyone know what a wonderful experience I had at Trade Mark Car Wash on Ohio today.. All the personnel were so kind and courteous especially Timo. I am an older short lady and asked for a stepstool which Timo gladly provided, However he proceeded to reach the windshield and clean it himself with a smile how long with every other window on the car ! I insisted that I would do it, but he very sweetly, continued, and gave me the best Customer Service ever.
I go to many Car washes as having a clean cars. Very important to me, and I have never gotten such royal treatment as I did today.. I’m so happy to have a clean car, but even more than that, I left with such a nice feeling in my heart. From the way, I was treated.. Even when I pulled up to pay, the gentleman was so friendly to me, and even though there were cars behind me, he took his time to explain the different packages available. I highly recommend this location. They provide plus and spray bottles in the vacuums. Have Great section.! Thank you again Tmo you made my day !
