Dr Petersen is knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. I continue to see Dr. P. as my PCP, even though I’ve moved to Florida. I’ve never had a better experience with a doctor.

$350 for a consult with an NP that only promised I would be spending a lot more money in the future to try different things until something might work. No real educated or informed treatment plan or recommendations other than my diet is bad. My low energy *might* be inflammation all the blood work I provided that tested for inflammation markers somehow didn't show, or maybe it's EMF from my phone at night. Who knows! More tests are needed! I feel scammed and should have listened to my instincts before agreeing to go in, but I figured I'd at least give it a chance to surprise me. I literally had recent tests for everything she recommended yet instead of giving it any real attention, I was told "more blood work was needed". Numerous times I was asked if I had different things tested that were on the blood tests I just had the nurse review. If you want to save $350 for a consultation and thousands of dollars in future testing/"treatments" (including recommendations for buying their specialized "detox" shakes), get your blood work done and talk to your real doctor about your concerns, if that doesn't show anything, watch what you eat and eliminate different things for a while to see if you feel better, because of that scary word "toxins". That's the groundbreaking "functional" medicine approach. I was not at all surprised to do some research and discover this is all right in line with RFK Jr's crackpot ideology. I gave one extra star because the NP did give me a requisite form so I could use a lab my insurance would cover or take to my real doctor.

Dr.Siebol was amazing!!! He knows how to teach as well… he interprets the lab data in a professional manner and made great suggestions. I am a registered nurse for 45 years, yet I was still impressed by his knowledge!! Thankful for his advice and knowledge!

Dr. Petersen and his staff are top notch! They are very professional and compassionate. I’ve been coming to Forum Health for just over 10 years now. To heal, you need to have a trusting relationship with your doctor and his staff. I find that so easy to do at Forum Health. You know your health is their priority. They advocate for you and make sure you get what you need. I trust their care so much, I fly from another state just to be able to have Dr. Petersen be my care provider for my chronic Lyme disease, other tick borne co-infections, low immune with multiple chronic viruses, autoimmune issues, hormones and thyroid issues. I trust him and his staff implicitly. It is worth my time to fly out to see them because I know my health is of the up most importance and I haven’t found any other doctor that has been able to help me like Dr. Petersen and his staff have. I’m always greeted by my name with welcoming smiles and it feels like family when I’m there. I can’t say enough good and how grateful I am for the type of care provided to me at Forum health. I wish every doctor’s office cared like this for their patients. Thank you again Forum Health!
