Don't come here. Manager tonight didn't care about my call after leaving the drive thru. I had to contact zaxbys for technical support because he stated it was beyond there store to fix tge issues. It seems nothing works right in 2026. The email code was invalid. What? Have never experienced this. And the young kids don't like to be asked about your order. They are rushing you to get food to move on to the next customer. Learn how to train and make sure the app/receipt code works. Now I have to wait for a reply back from Zaxbys. All this technology will make things slow down more in days to come.

I really wish we had more restaurant options in this area. Unfortunately, this location has served me cold food on multiple occasions, and after this last visit, I won’t be returning.

After about 1–2 PM, it seems difficult to get fresh food. On my recent visit, I paid over $12 for 5 wings, fries, toast, and a soda, and everything except the drink was cold. I actually had to go back around the building and ask for fresh, hot food.

Customers shouldn’t have to settle for food that isn’t fresh or up to standard, especially for the price. I hope management works on food quality and consistency because the location definitely has potential due to limited choices in the area

Stopped in for dinner. Visiting my parents from out of town. Walked in to do a to-go order. Greeted with a smile. The dinning area was a lot bigger than what im used to. Which was great to see the extra space. The restaurant was clean and even smelled clean. The food was just as expected. It was so delicious!!! Thank you for keeping a good restaurant!
