i can never seem to get the right food/ sauce. there is always something wrong. staff is constantly unfriendly and unhappy unless i go later in the day when i believe the younger staff works, this review is not about them. day shift drive thru around 11 constantly has issues even when i place an order, im missing sauces, they gave me the wrong sauce, or just don’t give me the right size fries. the lady on headset seems to not be able to hear anything ever either. either fix the speaker or get a new lady on headset.

8-27-26 7pm: late night at work craving a good salad. Although I’ve selected the location only a couple times the app was easy to order from and add extras. GOOD Salads in Florida are a rarity especially from a drive thru. Service was quick but with a less than respectable food presentation at the drive up window. Seems to be a history of “too many attitudes” from reviews. A long way off from Chic-fil-a courtesy. Regardless of employee attitude, whomever prepare this order did excellent. Give them a raise! Best salad in a longtime.

Edit: Management here is exactly what management should be. They remedied the issue. The managers here are the kind that everyone should want representing their establishment.

Bad experience. The line was super slow. Like I waited 15 minutes for 1 car to move to place my order slow. Like I thought the restaurant was closed slow. The person taking my order was giving vibes that they were in a bad mood. Rushing me. Then the person at the window had to ask me what the drinks for my order were over and over again. I realized that I hadn't ordered a 2 piece because I felt rushed and tried to add it. They said I had to go back around. Which - fine. I understand that. There wasn't a big line or anything, but whatever. But then he shut the window on me and never gave me my 3rd drink. I didn't realize that my son hadn't gotten his drink until we were already halfway home. I would not go back. I go to Zaxby's all the time (at least once a week) and this is the only time I've had a bad experience. Kids were running the place and they all seemed stressed and confused. They literally snapped at each other while talking to me at the window. So weird.

Got home. Not my order. Drove 20 minutes back to return. 5 people standing around. Acted like I could just keep it. Finally a lady said she took my order so they had to prepare it again.
One lady so rude. My time and money will be well spent elsewhere. Never again. Too much competition.

Not sure what has happened to our favorite Zaxbys but something has changed. Today my daughter and I stopped to have lunch and were very let down in service and the food. There was more talking amongst the workers going on then focusing on preparing and serving the customers. I hate I didn’t get a picture of her loaded fries before she ate but as you can see the cheese was cold because it didn’t melt or anything. Do better guys, this wasn’t the food or service that is typical at this location.
