Thank you, Jorge, for everything. You really helped me so much. You went above and beyond to make sure I got my iPhone 16e, and I couldn’t be more grateful. As a worker at the Cricket store, your dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate all your help!

George is the GOAT. I had a cricket acct ages ago, and was with cricket for around 2 years before I switched carriers. I never occurred to me to unlock my phone cause when I switched, I upgraded to a new phone as well. A few months ago, I found the perfectly good old phone again and decided to pass it along to a relative who needs a new phone. However, it was still locked by cricket. After countless calls with crickets automated voice messaging system and visits to cricket stores both in California and Georgia where I originally bought the phone (we have spent hours) no one offered to help us but our hero, George did. He dialed up cricket and helped us get past the automated system to a real person who unlocked my phone. So grateful for him and we hope he gets a raise or promotion.

My favorite location and workers, but currently experiencing a FOUL ODOR!!! That’s concerning for people’s health and believed to be BLACK MOLD?? Why let your employees suffer through that? Location should’ve BEEN closed until matter is resolved!!

Jorge was very knowledgeable, informative, polite, and very helpful toward all my needs... He made it a great experience coming to the Forest Park store. I hope he's around to train and motivate others to have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE like him.... Thanks

Good stuff was satisfied with my purchase, But I asked for the cheapest option and bro charged me extra for stuff I didn’t need. Albeit I should have probably asked more questions,
But I thought that “The cheapest” was all I had to say.
Still a good product and happy with my stuff, Just don’t like the fact I was 100% transparent and they lied and said I was getting the best deal but still charged me extra.
