We went to the one in Decatur but the guy who run the store gave my daughter a great deal on her phone 16e iPhone .. So basically the one he had in his store was having problems, so we went to the other total wireless in Doraville as soon we pull up he was there to… He was ride right along with us.. Thanks you for great service 😊😊

The Korean owner was charismatic. He didn't try to scam me or ask for a service charge; he was such a good person!!! The Korean owner at another store asked for a service charge before. 😭

Second store down the line and same experience they deny you the sale of the phones on promotion if you deny to pay them $250 plus taxes for a free phone. Scam and fraud stay away from these place and go to T-mobile or metro. Not gonna lie that Total wireless is not a bad telecom company but an amazing one but it’s the ones running the store and the employees who are looking to prey on customers for a quick buck.
