I got two concretes, one was perfectly fine, the other was a mint chip concrete. At first glance it looked like vanilla ice cream and chocolate chips, when I mixed it together, it was only half full and all the mint was at the bottom. Then when I got to the bottom, lots of mint was caked up making it super minty, almost impossible to eat. Normally love this spot but has been 50/50 recently.

Andy’s is our favorite date night (or any night!)
The staff here are so friendly and add to the experience. We can always count on quality ingredients and smiling faces. Thanks Andy’s!

Manager was very nice and friendly. He double checked that I wasn't overcharged when the employee made 1 correct drink and 1 slightly wrong drink . Gave me the wrong drink too instead of just throwing it away - thank you! Showed he cared and wanted to make it right. I didn't feel like he was rushing me or the employees. Stayed calm and happy. And the drinks tasted great!!

Was there Tuesday and ordered a Bootdaddy. I have had this over a dozen times and knew it didn't look right. I questioned it several times, first it didn't have oreos, then that I didn't see caramel. The person at the drive thru assured me they made it correct and it could all be in the middle. We left because they didn't seem to care or offer to fix it. Once checking at home it was most definitely not correct, and looked nothing like the pictures you advertise of it. Very disappointed as we frequent here often and aslfter spending $30+ for treats for the family i would have hoped they would have offered to correct it.
