Joining F45 has been such a great decision! The workouts challenge me, and the atmosphere makes me excited to keep coming back. Alex, Steven, Ellen, and Yuwen are awesome trainers. I love their energy and how they encourage me to push myself. You feel like part of a community here, and that makes a huge difference. Highly recommend!

Great workout! Very intense! I am 53 and not in the greatest shape, but I am making the workouts my own. Very supportive community, knowledgeable coaches who help with whatever individual support/help/direction you need, great app for signing up and keeping up with what is going on, workouts are hard, feel so accomplished afterwards, space is clean and organized. Really well organized concept!! Love it!!! So happy to be a part of it!!

Truly the best gym I’ve been a part of. Incredible full body workouts. Incredible trainers. I worked out throughout my entire pregnancy, and it was one of the best decisions I made. The trainers were so helpful with modifications when needed and constantly encouraging. F45 feels more like a community than a gym. Couldn’t recommend F45 North Smyrna enough!

Yall. This is a gym with a 5 star rating cause it deserves it. I wish I could rate it higher.

The coaches? Incredible.
The community? So supportive and fun.
The workouts? Challenging but not impossible.

F45 has improved not only my physical health, but my mental health as well. This gym is my happy place and a welcoming place for EVERYONE. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never worked out before. The coaches will teach you, and your classmates will cheer you on.

F45 North Smyrna is the kind of gym community’s wish for. The staff is top notch- have great experience, but more importantly strives to create genuine relationships and believes in community. The workouts are also amazing 🔥 ⭐️, music is on point 👍🏻 and the members are super supportive to each other! 👏🏻

F45 is as addictive as sugar, but in the best way and I 100% recommend taking a class- you won’t be disappointed. Trust me I’m speaking from personal experience! 😊
