Don’t open account here. They don’t have good customer service nor do they take care of their customers even when they are in the wrong. They kept making us pay for paper statements which we opted out of last October. Then wouldn’t remove the charges and made our account go negative at one point. Then they wouldn’t refund the NSF fee even though it was their fault we got hit with an NFT fee. We closed our accounts and moved them over to Quail Creek Bank down the street (thats an amazing bank).
