I brought 1k in cash to deposit there were like 5 tellers up there and 3 of them were just talking and one was doing my Transaction but she took my card and my cash then took a drive through person's card, ID and check and was handling both at the same time then went and put my card on the screen for all to see and then handled a second drive through person. As she was counting my cash she was handling other peoples transactions and I was terrified one slip of the hand would get my cash put into somone else's bank account then one of the people talking offered to do the first drive through order so she explained what needed to be done then with my cash in her hand asked the drive though person if they wanted it deposited into their business account! ma'am that was my money put it in my account. Like omg I felt like I was having to watch her to make sure it was deposited into the correct account there was no reason for this visit to be so stressful when i just came to depost cash it makes me certain that using drive through would be worse she cant handle three transactions at once and things would have moved smoother if she processed ONE customer at a time and the other three employees could've been handling the drive though. What in the world was all that?! Yall can make some serious mistakes with that kind of behavior what if my money had been put into the other person's account? She was holding my money my card and the other person's money and card in her hands at the same time there was absolutely no reason for that.

The best bank that I've ever used. I was with CNB for about 10 years. Then, I opened an account at Arvest when the only Arvest branch in this area was in Walters. That was over 20 years ago, and I have never had a negative experience. In fact, I have been pleasantly surprised by the above and beyond customer service. Thank you, Arvest.

I did really like this bank but fri I sent alot of money to the account and It not there still 2 days later and I'm freaking out cause it was money for a car I sold I wish the account would show pending deposits it would give peace of mind. That is why I like my other bank I can see my money. On the plus they have cute debit cards
