This bank has the worst customer service possible out of any place I've ever been they're rude and they don't know how to listen I went four times to close one account and they would not close it and I kept paying them to close it and they would not close it. This Bank needs to retrain its customer service and its management. I finally got my account closed on the last time and she made it seem like it was my fault that she would not close it even though I have proof of trying to close it over and over. And by the time I got to close it I had to pay again to close it because it was a negative balance they had took all the other money that was in the account. I will never bank with this bank again. I can never recommend anyone put their money in the bank especially at this location.

Horrible customer service. The bank manager is terrible and a liar. I went and turned in my mom’s death certificate and asked questions about her account since I’m a beneficiary listed, and I was told she couldn’t answer them or see anything in regards to her account and that a “back office” would have to handle it and answer my questions. Well I called customer service and they told me that I should have been told everything at the branch. No surprise that I wasn’t told by the banking manager because she’s terrible and sucks at her job.

Awesome fraud protection! Also, big shout out to Sadie and her team at the chickasha branch. So professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of banking. And they take a caring and personal approach to the people that bank there. We are friends not just customers or numbers on a balance sheet! Been banking there since 2010 and never had a problem. Even though I moved 100 miles away and there is no city national bank remotely close to me, I refuse to get another bank closer. Their customer service is top notch!!
