The owners and the staff provide excellent service. You get pointed advice for any specific problem with your pool and there is no selling pressure. I highly recommend this store for your pool supplies.

I had an outstanding experience at Pinch A Penny Pool Supplies, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Andrew, at first and then Genaro, the owner.

I had a question regarding Jandy Salt cell leaking and inquired as to someone coming out and looking at the device and plumbing. Genaro suggested that instead of having a technician come to the house for a diagnostic and possible repair, he suggested I try to change the O Ring and add some silicone first. The replacement O Ring and tube of silicone was about $20, and a tech would be upwards of $125. Genaro’s utilized his training, knowledge and understanding of the equipment in order to help me save money.

Genaro was 100% correct!!! This fixed the leak and saved me time and money!! Genaro was incredibly helpful and put customer service in front of money. Genaro has earned a customer for life because of it.

Overall, if you’re looking for quality pool supplies and outstanding customer service, look no further than **Pinch a Penny**. Genaro's commitment to his customers truly sets this place apart! Highly recommend!

I am totally impressed with the knowledge and patience shown by Josie & Genero. I am not an expert at servicing my pool yet (LOL), but the guidance shown by Josie - who I bombard with questions, is much appreciated. I highly recommend this store!!

The new owners are great people. I purchased a home in August. I knew nothing about pools and of course it needed lots of repairs. Pinch A Penny has done fantastic work. The jobs are always quoted in advance and the price never exceeds the quote. I highly recommend this store.
