Food quality was great and accurate. Atmosphere is so-so. My only complaint is the service when my party walked in helped ourselves to a table, granted it wasn't too busy (like 5+ other tables open) and the server/host basically called us out loud like it was a speech to the whole room saying we need to check in first before we sit down at a table. I'll give the person the benefit of the doubt that maybe we missed the sign that said anything of the sort but at least address the issue to us in private instead of embarrassing us in front of the entire restaurant. We almost decided to leave once that happened, but I convinced my friends to just let it go since we planned this outing a week in advance and so we stayed despite the awkward start. Anyway, please understand that customers like my friends and I may not be aware of the seating policy and just be a little more polite about it next time.

Pre-scheduled order pickup. Arrived at pickup time and was told 10 more minutes. After 15 minutes, went back and was told 3-4 more minutes. The reason given was that they had run out of drumsticks and it took time to make more. They told me this as a plate of drumsticks was served to people dining in-house. Another 15 minutes later and I asked for a refund. Only then did they go back to check on my order, but it was so they could tell them to stop making it. But it was finally done. No apologies for the wait, nothing.

Lack of communication from the staff and their inability to properly plan for scheduled pickups is why I will never step foot in this Bonchon again (and we were frequent guests). This wasn't the first time that a scheduled order was not ready at the pickup time, but this was certainly the most egregious (30-minute wait without checking in with me). I hope management takes note and trains their staff better.

My friends and I were craving Bonchon all day. I personally skipped lunch so I can stuff myself with my favorite Korean fried chicken, but when we got there at 8pm they told us they were only doing takeout... but they didn't close until 9pm! We wanted to dine in but they denied us that privilege because I guess they just wanted to preclose? If you don't want to serve your patrons when you're still open for another hour, just close the store.

I ordered a 5 piece soy garlic drumsticks and coleslaw and WOW was i impressed. I can now say that Bonchon is easily now in my Top 3 favorite fried chicken places to go to. Its so crunchy and flavorful. Literally mind blowingly delicious. The lady working takeout reccomended I get the coleslaw and Im glad that I did. Such a perfect combination with that delicious chicken. I would reccomend to anyone that has never tried Bonchon. Easy 5 stars!

I recently went here for the first time and I must say I was impressed. The service was great, amazing atmosphere, and delicious food! I definitely recommend this place! I also got the katsu chicken without the spicy sauce and it was really good! It was difficult to find good parking at 7pm, but I would suppose that all depends on the time of day.
