Paul made me feel comfortable every step (no pun intended) of the assessment and fitting. He didn’t try to pressure me into spending anymore than I can afford, but did a good job of explaining all the options. I have been diligently going through the acclimation to the orthotic inserts, and I won’t lie, my feet and legs hurt at first, but I think the soreness is lessening and I am starting to adjust. I’m hopeful that I will finally find relief from the Plantar Fasciitis that has plagued me ever since I had a job that had me on concrete surfaces walking great distances each day. Oh my goodness!!!! I’m going to say the cliche’ I should have come in here years ago.
Jenna was so thorough-helpful-friendly- and knowledgeable about the arch supports. I understood clearly with the visual imprint of my foot. I was so excited to leave the store to walk and experience joy again. Jenna was awesome- I will definitely recommend Good Feet to my friends and family♥️

Jenna was professional and informative. I have tried standard and custom orthotics from a podiatrist and also from another company. I am only on my initial week of using Good Feet orthotics and appreciate the distinct functions of each orthotics. From a corporate perspective, please consider how the company can improve access to these orthotics. They are initially very expensive; however, I am experiencing distinguishable benefits compared to other products I have previously used.
