If I am having any plumbing problems at home or at my business I always call Clay and the team at Kingdom Plumbing. Excellent customer service! I always feel that they present what is needed to be done and the other options. Feeling both informed AND cared for (when I know nothing about plumbing) is very reassuring. I highly recommend this company and I share this business with everyone I know.

I had an excellent experience with Kingdom Plumbing & Heating and highly recommend them.

It was an urgent situation, and they responded incredibly fast — I called around noon and they were at my home in under two hours. That kind of service alone deserves five stars.

Nick was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding. Friendly, professional, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained what was happening, fixed the issue efficiently, and made the whole process feel calm and manageable during a stressful moment.

I also want to mention Clay, who took my initial phone call. He was just as professional, kind, and reassuring. From the first call to the completed repair, everything felt ethical, honest, and handled with care.

Fast, professional, and genuinely good people to deal with. I would absolutely use Kingdom Plumbing again.

Great customer service !! Nick was awesome today. He was polite and thorough, trying to explain to me the issue with the patience of a saint. He did all could considering the job was made worse by someone that didn't have a clue what they were doing. Kingdom plumbing had to come and fix the mess. Nick went above and beyond his job description.. So helpful. Thanks Nick!

Called at 8:40am this morning. Nick showed up at 9am. Switched toilets within 20mins. Cleaned up all around the toilet. Good working order. Funny how when the toilet is getting fixed, you feel the need to use the bathroom. Nick was polite, and very fast. Impressive🤗
We have reliable new toilet.
The water efficient toilet that was replaced had issues right from the time we moved in our brand new Rowhouse, Jan 25'. Slow flushing and had to flush more than once.

Had our old sink replaced, switching from a double drain to a single. Communication with the company was quick and easy. Mark arrived on time and even gave a professional heads-up call before coming. He was friendly, professional, and did excellent work. Pricing was clear and transparent. Would definitely use them again!
