I walked into Lens Crafters yesterday evening looking for a new pair of prescription glasses. They had a large variety of glasses to choose from. A very friendly employee asked if I needed any help and if I needed any help she would be more than happy to help answering any questions I had. After deciding on a pair, Kayla helped figure out what they would cost using my insurance. Kayla explained all my options and what would be best for me. I felt so comfortable asking questions about the lenses and understanding Kayla's answers
that I decided to ask about a pair of prescription sunglasses. Kayla answered all those questions and explained the high quality lenses that Ray Ban uses for this particular model. Well I purchased two pair of glasses and I will say it was more out of receiving great customer service over anything else. I am a big fan of great customer service and I received it at the Lens Crafters in Hint Valley, MD with Kayla. Thank you and my family will be back in the near future.

Jared—the assistant manager at the Hunt Valley location—was super helpful, very knowledgeable and so kind. Helped me process a return for glasses I ordered online (he kindly explained my mistake) and then ordered the same pair with the correct prescription for less than I had originally paid. Highly recommended this location.

Came there after visiting another store that didn’t have a big selection and this store is beautiful and big with wide array of glasses to choose from. The optometry technician Dee was great and helped calm me down, my anxiety was high with all the high tech equipment and machines. She was really patient with me and made my exam enjoyable. First time coming to a doctor’s visit and had a good time until now. Dr. Hanlon was also wonderful. I ended up getting several pairs of glasses, shades included. Can’t wait to wear them this summer. The whole staff was really great. Ive referred my family there and told them to request technician Dee.

My dad and I visited for a frame adjustment. We were seen and helped right away, and the results were great! We've also bought frames and lenses in the past and are very happy with the results. Highly recommended.

Wow!!! My experience in this LensCrafters is better than the experience I had in Columbia, Mall. The staff is outstanding!!🩷🩷 My optician, Ariel…never have met someone so knowledgeable and professional, sweet, compassionate and patient. Her co- worker Megan assisted her because I had a complex problem. That they solved and I appreciate them so much. The manager Karen was also nice.

The store has a huge selection of frames so glamorous and up scale designer frames. If want excellent customer service and a large selection of merchandise. That store is the place to go!!
