Shoutout to Thorne Smith, from Massey! Super helpful guy. He inspected inside, sprayed, and took care of ant piles and wasp nests outside. Took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew what was going on. Great service!

If you’re in Dallas or Little Elm, Dakota is an absolute must for pest control and fertilization! We’ve been using his services(via his company) for 2 years and couldn’t be happier. He’s always on time, incredibly professional, and takes the time to communicate what he’s doing and why. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and personable in this industry. Highly recommend!

William at Massey has finally given me hope for my 4-year rat problem that has really escalated lately. We had sealed every conceivable place that we could think of prior but it was William that really looked hard and went the extra mile and when he discovered droppings in a specific place it reminded me of work done on a faux wood wall 4 years ago where there were two bricks removed and apparently never replaced. Finally we have a plan to get the rats out and will close hole a week from now. So thankful for the opportunity he gave me to finally solve this problem.

We’ve had the same technician (Dakota) out for a couple years now to do our lawn, tree, and shrub care. I always appreciate his explanations of that day’s service as well as his kind manner. And our yard looks great.
