Clay was truly impressive and I enjoyed the service. He is very personable knowledgeable, but most importantly a joy to work with. He has serviced my property multiple times and he always comes with the same energy. We love his visits, but most importantly Romex he is truly an asset for you folks and we thank you for the opportunity of your service and having such a wonderful technician five stars is not enough……

I have had a great experience so far with Romex and the people i interacted with (Niko - sales and Clay - tech). Niko did a good job with follow up while not providing to much pressure where i felt obligated to make a decision right then and there. (Orkin did that and it was not fun). As for the service appointment, clay was great with communication and got my house taken care of. This was my first appointment so i don't have data yet on the success of the treatments but the wife is happy. From a pricing standpoint they were on the higher side than some of the local business that i called but i felt the value proposition was good.

I used to have Romex and they were great. I never had any complaints. They were always available and always warrantied their work. I went through a rough patch Financially last year and had to cancel, unfortunately. Ephraim showed up to my house yesterday and was able to get me pretty close to what I used to pay. He was Courteous of my time, polite, knowledgeable, accommodating And overall was pleasant to do business with. People come through my neighborhood all the time and try to sell me pest control and no one has ever gotten close to the prices Romex provides. No one has ever got close to the services Romex provides. The fact that they warranty, their work is amazing. It’s easy to do business with them when they stand by their work. They’re a great team and I’m glad to be doing business with them again. Make sure you ask for Ephraim!!!

Dylan Parker was our pest control service technician today and was professional and thorough with chemical treatment of the perimeter. We have been impressed with the communication and service so far with Romex.
I want to add we signed up with Romex in April and discussed a service plan that benefited our time, pocket book and communicated well in detail of that agreement 🤝. Now we are in a new Housing develpment and next to the Hwy so we're surrounded by construction which of course means bug disturbances. Our Home was effected because of this and we were a little overtook by scorpions and centipedes and spiders "oh my" we made a call and at a courtesy and their word came back at no charge and sprayed with a different chemical to help prevent our place being overrun. 🙏 This Company and theTechs are Awesome.

I had a great experience with romex pest control company. Johnny was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the treatment clearly, answered my questions, and did a thorough job. I noticed a big improvement after the service and highly recommend them, especially Johnny!
