⭐️⭐️ **Great Food, but Repeated Billing Problems**

My family loves California Pizza, and we have always enjoyed their wonderful dishes and have been customers for years if not decades. Unfortunately, we have experienced repeated problems with billing that have become very frustrating.

On at least three occasions, we have been charged incorrectly. Twice, we were overcharged on our bill, and after spending weeks trying to resolve the issue with the manager, we eventually received refunds for the extra charges. The manager however never apologized and was very defensive making us feel uncomfortable.

On another occasion, our credit card was charged twice for the same bill. After speaking with the manager, we were eventually refunded. Unfortunately, this has happened again, and we have now been charged approximately $99 twice on our credit card. We are currently waiting for this latest duplicate charge to be refunded, but the manager has been too busy to address the matter promptly.

We understand that mistakes can happen, but when billing errors happen repeatedly, customers should not have to spend weeks following up to get their money back. We deserve to have our concerns addressed promptly and treated with respect.

It is disappointing because our family genuinely enjoys the food, but these recurring billing issues have damaged our trust in the restaurant. Unfortunately, we may have to choose another restaurant in the future where we can enjoy our meal without worrying about being overcharged or charged twice.

**Good food is important, but so are honest billing practices, accountability, and respect for customers.**

I truly love the food here, especially their BBQ chicken pizza — it’s definitely the most popular for a reason. The quality of the food is excellent, and the friendliness of the staff makes you feel very welcome and satisfied overall. 🍕

On top of that, the riverside views and outdoor mall setting make the entire experience even more enjoyable.🚶

I usually love CPK! I went recently and it was just too noisy. There was a batch of high school kids that were very very loud! However my rating is not for that it's for the quality of food.the server was great but the food was so mediocre! The kids food was dry and cold. My pizza was not great! Ordered a sundae for kids and it came melted while we took kids to the bathroom and didn't get replaced. Not a good food experience!

The food was delicious. The service was poor. Very slow, and inattentive! There was a big group of children, under 12. They were obnoxious and running all over the restaurant, yelling, climbing all the booths. The adults did nothing and the management did nothing for 20 minutes. The manager told the children to sit down but they did not. Also, other wait staff bused tables with one hand and held food to deliver to a table with the other. There was a server who was wearing a mask with her nose exposed, serving food and waiting on people. The food is overpriced although so tasty. It is not good enough to come back to this location!

First time into a California pizza kitchen and I will definitely be back. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed and the restaurant is beautiful, clean and well maintained. My waitress drea was awesome! She was very attentive and polite and friendly! She recommended the Burt ends bbq pizza for a pizza connoisseur like me and it was delicious! A little pricy but that’s for the bbq which is expensive its self. The pizza came out fast and I got real grated Parmesan cheese to top it with! Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back when in the area and hope to see drea again!
