Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. We ordered chips and cheese, and the taco sauce was clearly spoiled. When we told our waitress, her initial response was, “I just made it Sunday.” We encouraged her to smell it, and once she did, it was obvious from her reaction that she realized it was bad. She walked away and returned with what appeared to be a fresh replacement, but there was no apology.

The plates with the spoiled sauce were left on our table, along with the unpleasant smell, until we eventually moved them ourselves to another dirty table. In fact, there were approximately five tables around the restaurant that remained uncleared during our visit.

While waiting for two pizzas, we refilled our own drinks twice. When someone in our party asked for a clean fork because theirs had been on the plate with the spoiled sauce, the response was, “Didn’t you get one?” After we explained why another was needed, a fork was brought over and essentially tossed onto the table.

When we received our check, we noticed that some amount had been deducted. We never asked for a discount, and no one explained it. More importantly, at no point did anyone apologize or acknowledge the spoiled food or the poor service.

Mistakes happen, and spoiled food can be replaced. What made this experience so disappointing was the complete lack of concern, communication, and basic customer service afterward.

We took our grandkids there for lunch at 100pm to eat and play mini golf, There was food all over the floors, the buffet still had old dry biscuits and gravy with old breakfast pizza, the mini golf was good, the food barely made it past a 8 and 6 year old

The worst pizza I've ever had. Cheese not melted, NO sauce on both of our pizzas...ok, so asked for some sauce on the side...and was given a side of ICE COLD sauce . It's ridiculous spending $60 for 2 junk pizzas. I hope this place closes down.

Poor time management. Waited almost an hour. Server was pleasant and said food was coming but it did not. Appitizers took over 45 minutes. Never going there again.

So hey guys, this is so fun and cute! So taco pizza was a salad. They were worried about my weight. So cute! My other animals wanted some bread sticks but they like sauce with them....jerks!. The good news is we got two boxes that smell like pizza so we can chew on those until our order gets redone to be delivered at 9:47 bedtime... that's a new time zone. Sorry for grammar and spelling. I'm on a phone and I'm starving..... chris Farley voice!
