Love you guys, but the AI automated phone calls? EEEEYUUUUCCKKK. I know having to deal with the monotonous and trivial issues of the day-to-day public is akin to being skinned alive over burning-hot flames, but it comes with the territory when you run/work for a business. The AI robot doesn't do anything except demand a coupon or ask for an order. I am more than happy to start walking in and disrupting the employees in-person every time I have an inquiry, but im sure the staff would much prefer a 3 minute phone call. The bubble is bursting anyways, so yall wasted your investment on "Ava" the creepy phone bot when you would've saved money, time, and your google reviews by having a normal person answer the phone.

Also Casey’s, even when we do get Doritos with the pizza, the chips are stale 80% of the time. Y’all literally sell fresh bags of Doritos just go grab one…

The fountain soda never works. The bathrooms are disgusting. The doughnuts have flies on them. This is not once this is several times that I have been in there.

Worst gas station bathroom ive ever seen. I went in to use the restroom and there was a turd on the floor. I told the lady with bright green hair and a nose ring at the counter. Her reply was oh I haven't been in there yet. Im sorry lady it doesn't look like you have ever been in there once in months to clean the restrooms. Seems like they hire any clown to work a gas station these days. This was at 8:20pm. Definitely letting the health department know.

Casey’s usually has the cleanest bathrooms. This was at 10AM. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned in some time.
