Really disappointing experience at this location.

They had run out of rice and were basically out of steak. I still ordered, but the portion I received was tiny — literally around four pieces of steak and a very small amount of rice — while I was still charged full price. The chips were also stale.

I wasn’t given a receipt, although I have the Apple Pay transaction showing what I paid.

What made the experience worse was the customer service afterward. I contacted Chipotle to explain what happened and ask for a reasonable refund or credit. After receiving no response, I followed up again and was ignored a second time.

I understand restaurants occasionally run out of ingredients, but if you can’t provide a normal portion, you shouldn’t charge customers full price for it. Between the food, portion size and complete lack of response from customer service, I won’t be returning to this location.

UPDATE: Chipotle Customer Care eventually got back to me and was able to locate my purchase despite me not having a receipt. They apologized, documented the issue for the restaurant/management team, and added a free entrée to my account. It did take about a week and some following up to get the issue resolved, but I appreciate that they ultimately made it right.

Just got my order from Ubereats. I don’t know why this location has such low ratings. My order was perfectly fine. Really good portion and every thing tasted fresh, I got exactly what I customized. Also, chips and guac were fantastic. So I don’t know what the low rating is really about.

I was disappointed with my order last night around 10:30 PM. I ordered two bowls with the exact same ingredients, but one bowl was missing several items, including the corn salsa and sauces, and had much smaller portions than the other.
The crew member making my bowls on the serving line during the late-night shift was rushing through my order, and it showed. My order was placed around 10:30 PM, so it should be easy for management to identify who was preparing bowls at that time. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home, and by then the restaurant was already closed.
I understand mistakes happen, but customers should receive the ingredients they paid for.
Going back tomorrow to return the item for a refund.

I ordered one bowl and 2 tortilla. With the bowl I asked for double steak,there was not that much there, they just gave me how much left there with no other options. I asked them “do you sure that’s enough”but they never answered me. Then I tell them no beans no vegetables, and I prefer to have more corn . They ignore me as well. I spent 23 CAD only get little bit than half bowl. This is so ridiculous. I don’t know if they were racism me because of I am asian or not. I saw other people all get full in bowl.
