I had a wonderful experience with Navi! The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. She made me feel welcome and took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service and a great team.

I honestly didn't know I had to pay extra for a quesadilla to actually have cheese. I wasn't asking for an overloaded, Instagram-worthy amount—just enough for it to qualify as a quesadilla.
When I politely asked if she could add a bit more cheese, she seemed annoyed and told me I'd have to pay extra. Then she proceeded to make it with so little cheese that the tortillas didn't even stick together on the grill. If you've ever made a quesadilla, you know that's a pretty clear sign something went wrong.
A quesadilla is literally CHEESE in a TORTILLA. That's the entire concept. If your staff isn't familiar with the food they're preparing, that's not their fault—but it is the restaurant's responsibility to train them properly. Customers shouldn't have to pay extra just to get the basic ingredient the dish is named after.
Very disappointing. I'll be taking my cravings elsewhere next time.

Great staff. Good food. Portions can be small for some or the pricing needs to be adjusted. Fresh veggies and hot food depending on what you order. Not recommended to drive here. Take the skytrain instead. Conveniently located on station.

Navdeep and her team at Carnarvon Street, did a great job, catering for my company's Quarterly staff meeting. She was very attentive and patient and walked me through all the steps and considerations for catering for a group of 150+ with varying dietary restrictions.
We ordered 4 party packages "Build your own tacos" and everyone was very pleased with the options.
The food was well packaged and labeled and delivery was prompt.
Thanks again Navdeep you definitely went above and beyond.

She kept the store clean and organized, which made a great impression.
Service felt relaxed and professional, not rushed at all.
