I’ve been staying at Harrahs for 3 nights and I’m not sure I’ve never been treated as poorly as I was treated by the man with the glasses bartending at the signature lounge at 12:00am on 7/12.
I sat down and played $50 on video roulette at the signature bar. Ten minutes passed before I was ever acknowledged and when I was I got “what do you want?” in the most apathetic, condescending tone. As if I was bothering the bartender by simply existing.
I never had any issues getting a drink the entire time I’ve stayed here until today.

The Signature Bar bartender begrudgingly made me the drink and walked away.
I was ignored and avoided by this bartender for over 20 minutes while I played roulette at the bar. I was losing money at this point but was still trying to stay and play.

I attempted to get the bartender’s attention multiple times as we walked by to ask for a refill (I was one of MAYBE four customers at the bar) and was immediately cutoff, interrupted and dismissed in the rudest possible tone: “I’ll get to you”
I immediately just cashed out, got up and left the bar. As I left, I heard him make some snide comment that was likely related to the fact I didn’t tip him.

I am here in Vegas attending a conference full of self employed business owners that brought a ton of revenue to Harrahs and by extension, Caesar’s. We are all staying at this casino for three nights and tonight was our final night. We spent two days training on excellent customer service which makes this interaction so ironic.

I grew up in Vegas, I own a customer service based business. I know what is and is not acceptable in the service industry. The way I was treated tonight at the Signature Bar was abhorrent and I am seriously questioning whether I even want to come back to a Caesar’s property if that’s how I’ll be treated.

The Signature Bar, as it stands, is a detriment to the Harrahs property.
