Great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe! The place was clean, my order was ready right when I arrived, and everything was made correctly. The food and smoothie were both delicious and fresh. Fast and reliable service all around!

I normally order from here all the time and it’s good. I ordered through Uber Eats to pick up. My mistake was not trying it inside the store. It tased nasty. I got a mocha madness, why was there ginger in it. I bit down on a piece of ginger. I will never order a smoothie from here again. lol I normally don’t review but they pissed me off and Uber Eats barely refunded me. Absolutely disgusting

Very disappointed with our experience at Tropical Smoothie Café today. My whole family went there in the rain specifically for the açaí bowl day promotion, only to be told they were “sold out” because they didn’t have bowls, not because they ran out of açaí. We asked if they could serve it in a cup or any other container, and they refused.

The staff were not friendly or helpful and didn’t seem to care that we had gone out of our way in bad weather. We even asked if we could come back tomorrow to get the promotion since they couldn’t serve us today, and they said no.

It’s frustrating to advertise promotions if you’re not prepared to serve customers. This was a complete waste of time for our family, and we left very disappointed.
