We met with Leaf Filter's sales rep to discuss the installation and costs. We found him extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. The price was reasonable and advised him to go ahead with the installation. He then told us they would be up the very next day to do the install. That alone impressed us a lot. Especially in this day and age.
There installer arrived on time as promised and he was meticulous in the installation and was done very quickly. He was a very pleasant and likeable person as well. All that said we would highly recommend Leaf Filter with out hesitation. You will be impressed with them.

Thank you for doing our eaves replacement. The installer was great. He got the whole job torn down, replaced and cleaned up all in one day! The new black eaves look so damn good!! Couldn't be happier with the outcome. So glad we talked to you at the Penticton Home show!! 100 percent would do it again and recommend!!

We made an appointment to get an estimate for gutters for our mobile home and Brenden showed up right on time. He walked us around the mobile home and pointed out concerns and areas that could use some additional attention. He then went and created the numbers needed for his estimate and came back. Brenden then sent forward with this presentation, never moving forward until he knew we had a good grasp of what he was telling. He showed us the different products and explained why Leaf Filter was the beater product. He explained the warranties and how his quote would be available for a year if we chose to wait.
When we finally got down to the brass tacks of how much our service would cost us, he explained to us what our money was buying us. His first quote was a little more than we had anticipated, and he worked diligently to get the price down as much as he could, which was closer to our budget.
We were happy not only with him on a professional level but on a personal level as well. Brenden was open and honest and was affable with a welcoming demeanor and made us feel that we could trust him. I wish all sales people could be like Brenden. I will certainly be recommending him to anyone we know who might be in the market for new gutters. Thanks so much Brenden.

This review of LeafFilters is for the blatant disregard of the contract which states the removal and replacement of gutters and downspouts as needed.
When we did a walk around of the property and pointed out where the gutters/downspouts were being replaced, including the one at the patio for which you now deny as being part of the agreement and are now wanting to charge us more for.
Your negligence of not including the replacement of that one main gutter and downspout, which we agreed to include, as part of our in person conversation, is completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I should have known something was up when you go from $8k down to $3k for a 50' mobile.
It was definitely my fault for not looking at the reviews.
I've included a picture of the patio and how obvious the gutter and downspout is. How was this gutter and downspout not part of our conversation to include it? I remember the conversation clearly, as we were gathered by the rain barrel discussing it.
