My partner and I saw the booth at the Holistic Fair in March. Thought it could be interesting and beneficial to the house and put our names down on the same card and they gave us a coupon. Cool. They were really informative and friendly.

Fast forward; told them on the first call we're not ready, give us a call April 10th or so. We got a call a couple days later, rather than a couple weeks. Told them again we are not ready and we weren't supposed to get a call until April 10th. The person was confused and said okay, but then persisted in trying to schedule an assessment. Again, we told them we weren't even close to ready.

The next call, my partner decided to ask questions which they would not give a direct answer to. So, they were told to stop calling us and we'd call them if/when we're ready.

They have continued to call us perpetually - I've received at minimum 30 calls since March 23!!

My partner and I are super unimpressed and will never purchase from them simply because of this lack of customer service and not listening to us.

We had seriously considered it at first but now it will forever be a solid, "no, thank you".

On time great communication. Installer was great, took before and after picks for me. Finished in a couple of hours. Cam prepared with everything.

The sales person, Happy, was a good representative of the company. He reflected their values and priorities. He gave us an overview of what the company was about and how they do their business. The end price he wrote down was reasonable.

It is not his fault that I didn't move forward with signing anything. As I told the folks at the trade show, I just wanted an estimate so I could budget (hopefully) for it after my summer work. And I didn't sign today because I have a decades-long policy not to sign a contract the same day I meet a sales person regardless of how good they are.

While the current discounts he gave us won't apply in the fall, I do now have an idea of what it'll cost, and it still seems reasonable to me.

btw, the company should give Happy a bonus to make sure they hang onto him. Again, not his fault he didn't make a sales today. Blame my neurodivergent ass and my need to know I have everything in place before I commit. :)

We had Happy Gokey as our salesman tonight … and he was INCREDIBLE!! Definitely one of the best salesmen we’ve ever met! He was knowledgeable, friendly, very thorough, accommodating, and had a great sense of humour. He answered all of our questions with ease and explained the whole process in great detail. We were VERY impressed! He is a GREAT representative for LeafFilter! If we could have given him a higher rating than 5 stars, we definitely would have!!

YES - It's early February and we have yet to have a mid-winter melt. Saying that we had the system installed on Thursday the 5th and for obvious reasons are currently unable to comment on its performance. However, I wanted to take the time to say thank you to all of the team members I have had contact with finding them to be very friendly/casual and engaging in their dealings with me. I especially want to thank Mathew, the installer who did our work. He came to our house, introduced himself, and immediately got to work wasting no time at all - he was very well prepared. It was a cold overcast day and much of his time was spent just clearing the snow and ice buildup in order just to install the guards and he did it with only a break or two to drink coffee that he brought with him in a flask. He never left our home all day. He may have needed to if I didn't offer to use our washroom, which he did take advantage of and was very thankful for and expressed as much when doing so. He also gave us a heads-up on what he believed to be a problem with inadequate insulation in our attic - based on one area's greater ice buildup vs other areas. We have since had an estimate to correct that problem - thanks again Mathew. I will edit this review come better/wetter (more liquid) weather - if we ever get past winter :)

This is a tough one for me as I initially liked the product and the reviews all seemed to be good. The install and overall functionality of this product actually did almost $1000 damage to my home. Called Leaf Filter about the warranty on it and they said they couldn't send anyone until Monday as it was the weekend and service calls are $95 to start with. My neighbor thankfully had a ladder and helped me patch it for the weekend so nothing got inside my attic. Spent $3600 a year ago for the convenience of not having to clean my gutters all the time. Only to be dealing with a very inconvenient situation shortly down the road. You can see on the photo's the "hidden hangers" were only anchored on 1 half of the 10 foot section of gutter.
