am very disappointed with the service at Value Mobile Store. The staff promised to provide me with a mobile charging adapter, but when I returned to collect it, they refused. I visited the store four separate times based on their promise, wasting my time and effort, only to be told they would not honor what they had previously agreed to. I expected honesty and better customer service. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this store based on my experience.Moreover i asked for 256 gb 17 pro device but they gave me 512gb mistakenly even though i cooperate with them because i have to pay higher than normal for this mistake. especially, the manager of this store named rasleen is responsible for this.

Had a great experience at Value Mobile Bramalea. We were paying way more than we should have, but Ameek really took the time to understand our needs and helped us switch to a much better deal with Freedom. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the honest advice and great customer service. Highly recommend!

I have travelled 14 countries but Simran Tejwani here at value mobile topped all my experiences with customer service, I had a great experience at Value Mobile thanks to Simran. She was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options clearly. Simran made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I never felt rushed or pressured.
