Very disappointing customer service experience. We went to Erin Mills Mobile Klinik fully intending to purchase a phone for my daughter, but unfortunately, the service we received made us decide not to buy it there.

The woman who assisted us was dismissive and seemed uninterested in helping us. One of the phones had a tag clearly showing a 15% discount. When I asked about it, she simply told me there was no discount and removed the tag.

We walked in ready to make a purchase and left because of the way we were treated. Customer service makes a huge difference, especially when someone is prepared to spend money on a new phone. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience.

Exceptional service. I was clearly explained the root cause of my mobiles issue, my options, and the possible next step.

Delivery time was promptly given to me and delivered on-time. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Pulkit. I wanted to wait before posting to ensure it feels more genuine. I bought a new iPhone 15 Pro, and I am very happy. The phone is in great condition and works well.

I was offered a good deal but didn’t need it at the time. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new phone.

The icons on my phone screen had scrambled and important icons disappeared. I took my phone to Ifra at Mobile Klinik and she corrected my phone with a smile almost instantaneously. I was so thankful that i asked how much and she said it did not take enough of her time to charge. I was so thankful and walked away stress free. She really was an expert!
