DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER.
There is 0 accountability! I have had terrible Data Service since October when I bought a Nubia A75 because I was instructed by Chatr that if I did not buy a phone that was compatible to their Network VOLTE, I would no longer have internet. So I bought the phone on TSC as directed on the Chatr website. Since October I have had internet slower than 3G speeds. Chatr has no live human support. I've communicated with their online support twice with no actual support but just links to troubleshoot (which did not work even after I followed them).

Today I called this location which I set up my service with almost 2 years ago. They did absolutely nothing. The sales person on the phone said go to another provider or buy a new phone, even after acknowledging that I bought a phone that they directed me to which doesn't really work well with their network. Absolutely no attempt in trying to keep customers nor offering solutions that doesn't put all the burden on the customer despite Chatr being 100% responsible directing me to buy this phone and the 7+ months of trash data service.

This will be my last month with this terrible company
