I received quotes from 4 plumbing companies. Some were very expensive, and some were less ... but with lower rated hot water heaters. I wanted the best Bradford White brand, with the longest life, plus a few other things like valves replaces, toilet mechanism, and bathtub drain stopper fixed. The price for all of it was a little ove 3200, but it was actually a good deal along with the 144 per year service plan which gives a discount. The guys, Bird and Josh, were excellent. And Kyle, too. For a great quality local plumbing company, you can't go wrong with Backup Plumbing. I will certainly call them anytime I need service!

This was my first time using Backup Plumbing and they were Excellent. After assessing the situation, they provided me with a free estimate. Communication was great via phone, texts, and email. Customer service was wonderful, they notified me they were on their way and arrived on time. While on site they were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with the service and work done so far. Very good company to deal with plumbing issues. They took care of the toilet relocation and subsequent concrete replacement.
The follow-up instalation work was done to our expectations. Cameron and Joseph work well together as a team. We could not be happier. Backup Plumbing gets our thumbs up. 👍

Can I give a shout out to Kyle and Brian at Backup Plumbing!!! INCREDIBLE! Their communication has been amazing and the service even better and the price (for plumbing) was absolutely so affordable!!

I had a bad shower leak that was creating black mold in my walls… I had NO idea until my floor started buckling.

I called them and they came within 2 days. They needed a part so the tech went and got it and came right back and fixed the issue immediately!

I’m just so IMPRESSED and GRATEFUL! They have forever gained a customer for me personally and our nonprofit!!

We have used backup plumbing for all of our needs. We have used them for small bathroom install, all the way up to larger remodel. You call them and talk to a human being. They have excellent customer service. I have not had to wait for a plumber. They give accurate estimates. And they back their work up. Not everyone takes pride in their work these days like backup plumbing does. Due to their reliable/time tested excellent work, backup will remain our preferred plumbing service and first recommendation.
