They prioritize the drive through food. So if you’re going to go inside may as well go to an actual restaurant. They can’t spell which apparently relates to taking orders. I did not want cole slaw and got cole slaw.

Ahmed was amazing. Outgoing personality. Customer service is the best I received this year hands down. I was having a bad day and some how he made it batter.

The store general manager (34th St So, St Pete)was very rude, whereas the cashier was very polite and helpful. She interrupted him while he was explaining to me how to place an online order, to get the deal that I was trying to order. We were done but we couldn’t find the drink flavor I wanted, so I could cash out. She totally disrespected both of us, stopped him from assisting me and told me I had to move and go inside, because her drive thru (which was one car deep), was being held up! She was straight Rude‼️
When I proceed to the second window, the second person was get ready to give me the order, which was my order that the first cashier had put in before the confusion. However, she came and said that’s not your order because you have to wait a while for an online order. So I parked and figured it out, walked in, hit pay and checked in. The app said it was about a 7 minute wait. The cashier gave me a cup for my drank and then handed me a bag (which the manager directed him to do), the very same bag that she said wasn’t mine. Now cold. So I said that’s is not mine because I just put my order in at the door. Another female employee heard my tone which wasn’t loud, just displeased. She assured me it was ok and I did receive some hot food. Which was the beginning goal. Results, food wasted, more time wasted, and one unhappy customer! All because a manager forgot how to treat ALL her customers.

I love that Zaxbys is offering more variety for items to choose from. So, no matter what I am feeling like, there is something for me to select. The lemonade definitely is a nice finisher to any meal and I cannot have anything from here without out! Overall, it doesn't matter how good the food or lemonade is if the service is poor. But, I didn’t have that issue here. Ahmed is amazing and truly cares about providing excellent service. Thanks for your upbeat personality, kindness, and patience!

Ahmed's customer service was great! Both yesterday and today he provided great service. Received additional satisfaction from the drive through person ( cool orange nails) as well as the lovely hello greeting as I entered the store prior to going to the drive through. Great team!!
