I called to schedule an appointment and was on hold for 30 mins just so they can hang up on me! I called back and they don’t answer! I would give y’all a 0 stars if there was an option! That just shows you what kind of staff they are. I will not be going to see this doctor.

I am writing a negative review on “front desk” of Gastroenterology department, particularly person name “Wendy”. If a team leader can review the call at 1:03pm 05/22/2024. I was requiring a letter from the provider that my father saw but I had to submit to my employer by today. I apologized that I am constantly calling for the letter. I stated “I understand the front desk already taken the message I intended to speak to the RN” but this lady rudely stated “clearly you don’t!”, I asked her to repeat her self and she pretended she didn’t say anything. She is unprofessional and rude.

Dr Shah was ok.. but he misdiagnosed me had me thinking I had pancreatic issues, then pushed me off to another doctor. & his staff is horrible! very rude and nasty. Overall, I'm glad I am no longer a patient at this practice.

This review is strictly regarding the front office of this practice. My daughter was added to the schedule 1 day before her appointment with the Doctor's approval. We were very grateful for that. However, although we arrived 15 minutes before her appointment at 12:45 pm the lights were off in the office as if the office was closed. My daughter checked in and was asked to have a set while they checked on her insurance. The ladies in the front were uneducated and inexperienced in their jobs. After waiting for over 30 minutes; my daughter was told she was not listed on my insurance and would have to pay $216.00. I called my insurance provider and clearly, that was not the case! 50 minutes had passed and she was still waiting to see the Doctor while the staff was trying to figure out how to do their job. I brought this matter up to the Clinic Coordinator, Tracy, she was not apologetic or understanding. She was the exact opposite - Obtuse, and rude. She cut me off several times as I tried to explain the issue she blatantly disregarded our concerns, our time, as well as the lack of experience the front desk staff obviously have. A simple apology or a little consideration would have been sufficient.
This could have been avoided if they had verified all of her benefits the day before. As a result of the staff's inadequacy, my daughter was late for work.

Dr Jigor Patel is a caring Dr who took time to cover all my questions, provide me with a thorough report, comfort and reassure me in the hospital. One of the best doctors I've seen.
