I am self-employed and the traditional banks get lost in my income taxes. This is my second time working with Mike and they personalize every transaction to get me to what we need to obtain the mortgage. The team it top notch the process is fast and easy. Next time I am going back to Mike with my refinance needs. He is my banker forever. Thank you!

Mike was easy to work with. He sent videos explaining how we would benefit greatly from a refi. We were informed and updated with every step of the process. The whole experience is very low stress. It’s great that even after we had already refinanced a year earlier he was still watching out for us to save us a significant amount of money!

Mike was able to refinance our loan down to a 15 year mortgage at a terrific rate! He and his team did an outstanding job getting us to close in the time frame we were aiming for. All of the members of his team are super nice knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend using Mike!

Mike was a rockstar! We needed an approval letter to see a property with very little notice and he came through. We were able to secure an incredible interest rate on a 30 yr fixed mortgage and during the escrow process we had a change in terms and Mike handled everything like a true professional. I WILL most certainly use him again and recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks Mike!! Gretchen and Brian

We had a great experience with Martin & his team! They were always available to answer any questions that we had through the purchase process & made the processing of purchasing a new home very calm and easy. Martin guided us in every day and was always there!
